  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
  • Cost: FREE on all orders over $50.00 USD.
  • Best for: Non-urgent orders and bulk supplies where cost-saving is a priority.

Note: We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and specific areas in Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our returns process is straightforward and transparent, built on the same principles of fairness and integrity that define our product selection.

We aim for a professional-grade returns process. If a product does not meet your professional standards or arrives in an unacceptable condition, we will resolve it efficiently.

1. Eligibility Window

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

2. Eligible vs. Non-Returnable Items

Based on product nature, safety, and hygiene, the following categories are FINAL SALE unless they arrive defective or damaged:

Non-Returnable Product Categories:

  • Abrasive Blasting Media & Blast Media: Cannot be resold once opened due to contamination risks.
  • Consumables & Compounds: Including Buffing & Polishing Compounds, Brazing Alloys, Arc Welding Rods. These are single-use materials altered by application.
  • Opened Test Kits & Chemicals: Such as Abrasive Test Kits.
  • Personal Safety & Hygiene-adjacent Items: For example, Bird Baths & Feeders once unpackaged.
  • Custom/Cut Items: Any product cut to size or configured per your order.
  • Charcoal Briquets & Wood Chips in opened packages.

Exception: If an item from a non-returnable category arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Unused, unopened items in original packaging with seals intact.
  • Items that are defective or damaged upon arrival (reported within 48 hours).
  • Incorrect items shipped by our warehouse.

3. The Return/Exchange Process: A Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Initiate Your Request

    Within 15 days of delivery, email our support team at [email protected].

    • Subject Line: “Return/Exchange Request: [Your Order Number]”
    • Include in your email: Your full name, order number, product details (e.g., specific Abrasive Parts, Blind Rivets), reason for return, and desired resolution (refund or exchange).
    • Photos are required for damage/defect claims.
  2. Receive Your RMA & Instructions

    Our Sacramento-based team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item(s) Back

    • Securely package the item(s) in original packaging if possible.
    • Include a copy of your order confirmation or RMA slip inside the package.
    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
    • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable and insured service. We are not liable for items lost in transit back to us.
    • Ship to the address provided in your RMA instructions (our warehouse facility).
  4. Inspection & Processing

    Once received, our team will inspect the returned item(s) within 3-5 business days to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Upon successful inspection, your refund is initiated within 3-5 business days.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You will be refunded the product price and any applicable sales tax. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • Notification: You will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges

To exchange for a different item (e.g., exchange a Back Up Pad for a different grit):

  • Follow the standard return process above, clearly stating your desired replacement item.
  • Once the return is approved and received, we will ship the new item.
  • You are responsible for any price difference and new shipping costs. If the new item costs less, you will be refunded the difference.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If your order of Chainsaw Accessories, Cast-In Anchors, Blast Cabinet Parts, or any item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos/video. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement at no cost to you.
